BlueBench Media LLC ("we", "us") operates the Creative Operations console at analyticscenter.bluebenchmedia.com (the "Service"), an internal tool our team uses to manage and publish our own original advertising creatives to YouTube channels we own.
The Service is used solely by authorized BlueBench Media personnel. We collect the account email and authentication credentials of team members who sign in, and operational metadata about the video creatives we produce and publish (filenames, publishing status, destination channel). We do not collect personal information from members of the public.
The Service uses YouTube API Services — specifically the YouTube Data API — to upload our own original video content to YouTube channels that we own and operate.
Because this application uses YouTube API Services, the following apply:
When an authorized team member connects a channel, Google's OAuth consent flow grants us an
access token scoped only to uploading videos (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload).
We use this access exclusively to publish our own advertising creatives to our own channels.
We do not sell YouTube/Google user data, do not use it for advertising targeting or profiling, do
not use it for any AI/ML training, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to
operate the Service (our cloud infrastructure providers) or as required by law.
OAuth tokens and operational metadata are retained only as long as needed for operations.
OAuth tokens and metadata are stored securely with access restricted to authorized personnel.
We rely on infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services, Google) to operate the Service. We do not share Google/YouTube user data with advertisers or data brokers.
