These Terms govern access to and use of the BlueBench Media Creative Operations console at analyticscenter.bluebenchmedia.com (the "Service").

1. Authorized use

The Service is a private, internal tool for authorized BlueBench Media LLC personnel only. Access requires valid credentials issued by us. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Purpose

The Service is used to produce, organize, and publish our own original advertising video creatives to YouTube channels that we own and operate, in support of our lawful advertising operations.

3. Acceptable use

• Only original content that we own or are licensed to publish is uploaded through the Service.
• All content published complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and the Google API Services Terms of Service.
• No attempt is made to circumvent platform limits, impersonate others, or upload infringing material.

4. YouTube / Google APIs

By using the Service you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google APIs Terms of Service. The Service's use of the YouTube Data API is limited to uploading our own videos to our own channels.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" for internal operational use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueBench Media disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
